Colombia Huila is a rich, balanced coffee with comforting notes of caramel, chocolate and brown sugar. The cherries are dried whole, a natural process, which gives the cup a deeper sweetness and a round, full body with gentle acidity.
Grown at 1,300–1,800 m in Huila, in Colombia's southern Andes, and roasted medium-dark, it's built for espresso and pairs beautifully with milk.
